Biphasic synovial sarcoma is a rare, aggressive soft tissue cancer often found near joints, named "biphasic" because it contains two distinct types of cancer cells growing together: glandular (epithelial) cells and spindled-shaped cells. It often affects young adults and can spread, requiring multidisciplinary treatment like surgery and radiation
